experiencing very bad back pain and neck pain since starting ERFA, can anyone help or has had similar experiences

I haven't tried Erfa but I know there was another member recently who found it didn't agree with them. How long have you been taking it?

Hi Alanna4 days, 90mg, , I was taking Thyroid S 3 grains, but that has dried up, this is a private Script from an Endo, he has also asked me to take 25mcg of Levo,

so basically my NDT has

decreased by 1.5 grains, i do not get on well with Levo , suffer with breast pain, which he was aware of

Hello Peony

So this reads as though you have had a dose decrease of 1 + 1/2 NDT grains which equates to around 57 T4 + 13.50 T3 and added back in 25 mcg T4 ?

I think this explains your current issues - if I've understood correctly this is much too much a drop in any thyroid hormone replacement at any one point in time.

Personally I'd revert back to 3 grains of NDT where you were and rethink as I read Thyroid S is back in full production and longer term you may well be able to reinstate your original brand.

Why did the Endo prescribe levo if he already knew it gave you breast pain? For goodness sake! It does for me as well, quite badly.
