Hi all I have my blood test tomorrow at 10:50. I know not to take my meds (100mg Levo) until after but what I can’t remember is whether I can eat and drink as normal beforehand or is it supposed to be fasting? Blood test. Mainly worried about whether I can have coffee or not. Thank you all

Eating can lower TSH and coffee (and other caffeine containing drinks) can affect TSH. So if TSH is important (GPs often adjust dose according to TSH rather than look at the FT4 and FT3 levels) then nothing but water before the test.
