I'm going to ask my GP to do the above tests. Do I need to stop all supplements for a week beforehand ?

Thank you

If you take an iron supplement then leave it off for 7 days before the test.

Iron tests need to be done after a 12 hour fast so book the appointment for early morning. You can drink water.

Stop any B Complex or Biotin supplement for 7 days before the test.

Anything else just take after the test on the day.
