Evening levo and supplements - help needed

Help, how do I manage evening supplements ie magnesium with my levo to ensure nothing conflicts?

Well, the short answer is: you can't. Magnesium should be taken four hours away from thyroid hormone. If you want to take your magnesium at night, you have to find another time to take your levo, I'm afraid.

You can take magnesium early evening and take levothyroxine at bedtime (min four hours later)
