She's got muddled up in the first few lines, I think - or I have :

I would like to introduce you to Subject #7, the only person in Pilo’s 1990 study who had a thyroid secretion ratio of 14.5 parts T3 to 1 part T4, which was closest to the statistical average of 15.87 to 1.

In the picture of "Subject #7" she states that he had a ratio of 1 : 14.5 T3 : T4 i.e. 1 part T3 to 14.5 parts T4.

It does seem cockeyed - I presume it’s more T4 and less T3 so 14.5:1 T4:T3? The rest is good.
