I had constipation with Graves, but all was relieved when I went gluten free.
I have never suffered with it but I do eat fruit every day and drinks loads of water.
I drink plenty of good "filtered" water and take flaxseed. This helped my constipation. My
stool test showed dysbiosis but luckily I didn't have parasites. Most Hypo's will unfortunately have this symptom and have to tackle it sooner or later.
