Remedies for stiff joints

Hi everyone

Apart from trying to get your medication and hormone levels are there any remedies for stiff joints. Any joint from my waist down is stiff and lacking in mobility. It feels like I have taut elastic bands for ligaments.

What is your Vit D level? If not recently tested then it would be a good idea to do so.

I am due one so need to get a medichecks. I had it checked in December and it was 130 but I haven't got the ranges written down. I was taking a once a week 20,000iu capsule at the recommendation of my endo last July. Been taking a 5,000iu soft gel since then until the beginning of the month when I started taking the Vit D and and Vit K 3,000iu spray so I'd be very surprised if it was low.

Hello Eimear78, I also posted yesterday asking if anyone knew a remedy for joint pain. I also take Vit D and K2 plus the usual suspects. Please let me know if you get an answer. Will do too!

Yes definitely will do. It seems to have gotten worse in the last year. I am hoping regular exercise will help
