Magnesium Malate

Thanks to the helpful advice of others on here, I’ve decided that Magnesium Malate is the right form of magnesium for me to try. Can anyone recommend a brand? It’s hard to know which is best. Thank you.

This is the powder I have. I find Mag Malate is great for muscle aches, fibromyalgia and energy. It doesn’t taste great but it does work:

Just be warned the powder doesn’t taste nice but it does work. You could add it to juice if it bothers you but I got used to it after a while.

Plus it’s great value for money you’ll get a lot of use out of that one tub.

I use Biocare. I tried Natures Life but I gave me terrible stomach cramps - something in it does not agree with me can’t remember what it was. The biocare is A smaller dose but is easy to shallow theNatures life are like horse pills And the very devil to get down but they are a high dose. Not tried any other brands

I have used Nature's Lifeand presently Thopmsons, depending on price as they keep changing. Not had any undesirable side-effects.
