Trouble shooting cant upload photo of blood results

Hi I am trying to upload my blood results but the "add photo" wont work, I've already deleted 2 full messages by mistake trying

So frustrated, exhausted, and a useless GP to boot! Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong please.

One of mine didn't load so took another photo of it and it posted. Try that
