Haemoglobin - your level is barely above the bottom of the range, suggesting that you are getting very close to being officially anaemic. You would need to get your iron and ferritin tested to find out if you are iron deficient. Improving iron levels will normally raise your haemoglobin levels.
Total white blood cell count - this is below range but I don't know the significance of this. See this link and click on the various + signs for more info (except for the first one which takes you back to the menu) :

Your Mean Cell Volume (MCV) is low in range. This indicates your red blood cells are quite small. You would need to test your iron and ferritin, because low MCV is another indicator of being low in iron and/or ferritin.
