Has anyone tried supplementing with Creatine? Have been forced to change my medication after 23 years just about coping with a different one. New med is Tirasint 75 liquid form in small plastic capsules - possibly only available in Italy.

I bought Creatine just a few days ago, I have not used it yet it is supposed to boost ones energy, I will give it a go from Monday, if any other members have used it would be great to hear from them.
Will you let me know if it works for you, I am going through a real slump in energy last few months and joint pain which wears me down. I am T3 only but zero energy at moment so could use a boost, thanks x
Yes, I will try and see, as I have run out of energy. I have Graves Disease for the past 3 years have not taken anti-thyroid tablets ie carbimazole, however, just of lately I have been feeling tired, and sleepy although I sleep more than 8 hours - I came across creatine accidentally when I was browsing how to combat tiredness. I will let you know.
I tried creatine years ago and it didn't really do anything for me. However, I'm all for each of us trying things and going with what works for us.
I would add that adequate thyroid treatment and attention to adrenals are a must if you want feel well.
