SlowDragon i have my rearranged blood test through blue horizons and surprisingly the nurse is coming at 8am. My last blood tests were 9am. Will this cause an issue interpretating results? I know it's best to be as early as possible. And also to be done at the same time each test. If that makes sense lol

Remember to drink plenty of water the day before
Have a hot bath/shower
Try to exercise so that blood flows well
Stop any supplements that contain biotin (like vitamin B complex) a week before any blood test

Yes i have done that. If all goes well i be interested to see results as i've never had a test done before 9am.
