Been trying to find a straight answer to this so please forgive me if I’m repeating a question.
I have Moderate Asthma along side Hashimotos and a couple of other things like IBS etc. My question is should I self isolate given I have asthma and Hashimotos??

Your immune system will definitely not be in the best of health with Hashimoto therefore giving you good reason to be concerned.
Also anybody who still has hypo symptoms despite being correctly treated (as defined by the doctor, but not necessarily the patient!) is, in my opinion, more likely to suffer serious problems if they get this virus. A prediction based upon my personal experiences.
