A year ago i had hyperparathyroidism!! After about 2 years of being so ill, i had to sleep for a couple of hours every morning, l pestered and pestered both my Doctor and the Hospital and eventually they removed an adenoma (lump) lt was such a harrowing experience, i havnt been back to the doctors since!!! Reading other peoples comments, i feel so sorry for them, knowing how ill and hopeless you feel, and a nightmare trying to get a doctor to listen!! All i can say is keep pestering them and good luck!!

You've had an awful experience and I hope you're not avoiding doctors because you still feel very unwell.

I hope you have recovered from your op and are feeling much better now.

At least on this forum we have other shoulders to lean on and get support for whatever condition we've got or had.

After enduring other issues for a number of years, I know exactly how you feel.

Keep complaining if you can and one day, if everybody else does the same, all our problems will be addressed and hopefully soved.
