Mma results are back advice please

Good morning I’ve just received my MMA results back after testing as advised.

I’ve been supplementing with b12 spray which I started after I sent the test off.im really reluctant to have the injections done so in your opinion should I carry on with b12 Spray or see gp I’m unsure which way to proceed.help please.

Test results says 37.4 range <32 ug/l

Medichecks dc says I should arrange further testing.should I also stop the b12 spray if I do this and arrange gp appointment for two weeks.

When Homocysteine and MMA are high/over range it can suggest low B12 in the cells ...

Yes, stop the B12 spray if you are going to have further testing.

I thought so many thanks I 've got a gp appointment in 2 weeks was prob lucky to get that.fingers crossed this new gp will be a bit more amenable I dread these appointments.x
