Just been researching prices of the drug. It’s pretty dear (unsurprisingly):

A spokesperson for the company said teprotumumab will cost $14,900 per vial, with full treatment over 6 months approximately 23 vials, and that the wholesale acquisition cost for that amount is $343,000, with an annual net realized price of $200,000 (ajmc.com/newsroom/fda-appro...

Yes, not surprising especially since it's new. I imagine it'll take some time to get affordable.

What bothers me is that with something like TED which is not very common, it may not get the maximum subsidies under government subsidised healthcare which means it will ultimately remain relatively expensive : (
