Previous post shows you were very under treated and in need of dose increase in Armour

Brain fog is one of the commonest symptoms of being hypothyroid. It can't be tested for or treated as such, but when thyroid replacement is increased it should improve.

Before starting on thyroxine I would spend several hours each day just sitting and wondering when it would be time for bed. Something as simple as making a cup of tea was like a major operation. I couldn't even concentrate enough to think any interesting thoughts to relieve the soul-destroying boredom.

Things improved gradually with treatment, though there are still some problems even on the present dose of 150mcg. You can't rush anything to do with thyroid.

I was on 50 mcg of Armour thyroid but increased it by 15 mcg earlier this month. I wonder if I am deficient in Magnesium as I have been feeling extremely tired. Will

Have a repeat blood test later this month.

Seaside Susie has been replying to me questions.

Thankyou
