endocrinologist appt coming up

hi all, as per the title i have an endocrinologist appt in a week or two, I can't say I am massively motivated to go as it will involve half a day off work (unpaid..) and the only other endo appt i have had was at the same hospital (chorley lancashire) didnt go well (spent an hour trying to park and was kept waiting nearly 2 hours over the appointment time and when I did start the appointment it was apparent I was not seeing an endo but someone obviously still training as when I asked 3 questions she left the room to ask someone else.... i currently take t3( bought privately off a kind soul) and take 100mcg levo upon awakening at 6 (no caffiene or food for 1hr and 25mcg t3 and 12.5mcg at 1pm) which did seem to help alot at first but i now really struggling with fatigue/brain fog. the response in a previous posting shows that chorley has the 6th lowest presciption for t3 so am i just wasting my time going? are the remotely likely to prescribe t3?

hi scrumbler, i pretty much knew the answer but heh if you dont ask you wont know... i already buy t3 and it really did help at first but really struggling with brain fog, i have though about increasing but i'm already on 100mcg levo and 37.5 mcg t3 so a bit worried that may be a bad idea,
