Hashimoto & Hypothyroidism

Hi All! I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto disease when I was 13 ( 20 years ago) and been on medication and supplements since then. My mum was pregnant with me in Poland when Chernobyl happened and this is the most possible reason for my condition as no one in my family had it before :)

I am on 137mcg every day. Taking my blood tests every 6-8 months and thyroid ultrasound every 3-4 years.

During the last 20 years I was on many diets which despite being effective , all caused yo-yo effect. In March 2019 I started going to gym 2-3 times a week and completely changed my lifestyle. I don't treat it as diet anymore. The effects are not as quick as on the crush diet, but I lost a stone without a diet first (just exercising) and 2 weeks ago I started the next phase to lose another 2-3 stones.
