Does anyone know if there is a reliable lab in the UK that will do tests for
Homocystiene and for Mythmalonic Acid
as more sensitive indicators of B12 absorption issues than the simple B12 serum test?

Medichecks have them listed individually, I don't know if they do them as a bundle
Not sure you can get them in as urgently as you may need them, they will be closed over the Christmas period for a while, and there is a 16 day turnaround for the MMA test. Both require a venous blood draw which you'll have to arrange.
