The only heart I can see is the "Like" one next to the reply. Maybe it's because I mostly use the desktop (easier to type) and the range of smileys is limited. On a phone you can use the phone smileys as is.

On the computer, if you put together : + - + ) it becomes

; + - + ) is

:+ - + D is

:+ - + ? is

: + - + O is
