Advice regarding IGG testing please. How accurate are they?

I am considering having my IGG tested. I have found two providers one does 90,180 and 270 foods. The 270 food test includes many of my favorite foods such as Sea Bass which is not tested by the more limited versions.There is another which tests 54 foods.(I dont yet know which foods it tests) Has anyone used these tests recently and/or knows how accurate they now are.(I tried them about 15 years ago and then they were not accurate.)

I have been told by different trained health professionals the only valid tests are for coeliac disease and lactose intolerance.
