What to do now !?

Iv been on the same dose for 9 weeks now, 5mcg of T3 and 100mcg of T4, but levels look good but I'm not good.

My FT4 previously has always been top of range sometimes over including before I started T3, so I'm wondering if the drop in my FT4 is affecting me?

I'm very very sensitive to dose changes and my levels can change drastically with a tiny increase or decrease.

Plus if my Ft3 is top of range I'm rubbish too!

Symptoms are

Pressure feeling in temple,

Palps/ severe chest pains like bubbles weird.

No appetite really.

Anxious/moods

Detached a little.

I'll let others reply to you about T4 / T3 dosing, but just a thought - some of your ongoing symptoms (no appetite, heart rate etc) might be cortisol related? Here's a blog post on symptoms and why this could be so.

(I've just started T3 and my cortisol levels have dropped considerably - Am just trying to work this through this myself. T3 taken during the day apparently wears off at night causing not enough T3 to make the cortisol - or so I'm told)
