Still up and down after 20 years

Hello there, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidisum 20 years ago (Dad and Sister also). I'm 58 now and think I'm over the menopause. I've been treated for migrain related vertigo and have recently weaned off the betablockers prescribed to address this after 5 years, with no I'll effect. I actually feel much more lively and motivated. However, I have a constant dull headache. I'm certain this relates to my thyroid and I will, of course, go for a review. However, i wondered if anyone had similar or can reccomend a private testing lab to check and potential factors associated with thyroid etc.

Have you got some blood results to show us? TSH, T4, T3, antibodies and vitamin results like vitamin D, Iron and Ferritin, B12 and Folate. Your vitamins could be low and that can effect how your medication acts in the body.

Have you had a change of brand of Levo? Headaches is listed as a side effect of Levo. Just a thought.

Has your blood pressure been checked since you came off the beta blockers?
