Hello I read few times from people with thyroid problems about joint pain.. Fatigue.. Low energy.. Bad sleep.. Low vitamins levels and more! After 15 years with subclinical thyroid, 3 doctors and search, now iam sure about one think. Thyroid it's easy victym.. Millions people have these symptoms but they don't have any thyroid problem. For me the solution about fatigue and more, is good clear nutrition and exersise 6 days/week, it's my only medication and it's cheap., I spend years to blame thyroid for all. When you find low thyroid function you see a list with 20 symptoms... The some symtoms with 100 others diseases.. If you wait levothyroxine or supplements to make a miracle iam sure you disappoint soon and you lose money. I have g6pd defiency from birth, that's mean low energy, low ayp low glutathione from that and more low energy from hypo, but I have low energy rare.

Hi Sawff, I saw your response "victims" and not sure what you mean. I do think that hypothyroid is a catch diagnosis for all those symptoms if that's what you are expressing. Low thyroid can be accounted for by many other possible problems, i.e., faulty adrenals, other hormonal problems like menopause, an infection like mononeucleosis (epstein-barre) and even certain deficiencies, even iodine due to toxins like bromides and fluoride. Thyroid is a very sensitive organ and something like the canary in the coal mine in a way. That's why we need to look at our bodies in a holistic way and do what you are doing.
