I'd my bloods done and I've posted them last week. My thyroid bloods are saying underactive but I've hashis and even though I've been told to increase from 100 eltroxin to 125 my body feels overactive. I've internal tremors anxiety and feel hyper even though my body is exausted. Am I having a thyroid flare and my antibodies came back high so am I right thinking that my thyroid will be realising some hormone. I'm just so confused as to how I can feel hyper when bloods are saying hypo.

Your antibodies weren't that high - high enough to say Hashi's, but perhaps not high enough to indicate a Hashi's flare (not hypo flare ). But, then again, your TSH was 9, which is quite hypo.
But, if you were having a Hashi's 'hyper' swing, it wouldn't be your thyroid releasing extra hormone, so much as the dying cells dumping their store of hormone into the blood.
Maybe that is what's happening to you, but no way of telling without doing bloods. Beware of symptoms because so many of them can be both hypo and hyper. Anxiety is one of them, can be due to both under and over-medication.
How long ago were those bloods done? Did you increase your levo?

Did you get vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
Low B12 can result after anaesthetic
