Testing FT3

Can someone please confirm when to stop taking T3 before blood test.

My daughter takes her full dose first thing in the morning.

Last dose of T3 should be 8-12 hours before blood draw. Take it longer than that and you'll get a false low, take it too close to the blood draw and you'll get a false high.

I normally take my T3 in one dose in the early hours of the morning with my Levo when I visit the bathroom, normally around 3am-6am-ish.

On the day before testing I change the time and split the dose of T3. I know I will do the test at 8.30am so I take my Levo and half my T3 at 9am, then I take the second half of my T3 between 9pm and bedtime.

After the test I take that day's Levo and T3, then next day back to normal timing.
