Levothyroxine and HRT advice needed

Having had hyperthyroidism in February, 5 weeks later the most recent bloods show I now have hypothyroidism. It is likely that I have subacute Thyroiditis but GP has told me I must start Levothyroxine. I have an endocrinologist appointment next week. I am also on transdermal oestrogen gel which I apply first thing in the morning. Do I have to take the Levothyroxine at a different time from the gel?

My understanding is that transdermal oestrogen bypasses the liver and therefore is unlikely to affect drugs taken orally which are processed in the gut.

I am also using oestrogen patches and gel and I take levothyroxine first thing in the morning along with HRT patch/gel.

I leave 2 hours before food or tea/coffee and 4 hours before I take any oral drugs.
