For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
All thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting

Yes from me too. You can also get them if you are hyperthyroidic - that's the big problem in managing thyroid problems that critical point is difficult to get to but absolutely crucial. It took me two years of fiddling around, changing my doses, up then down, getting all of my vitamins and minerals optimal. I had to go manic on the whole thing for about 6 months - but I eventually got there.
