Is it possible or is it just my silly anxiety???

It seems when i eat bread after about 10 mins i seem to get a feeling of somthing in my neck at the thyroid area.. example this morning i was fine.had meds at 5.30am ..levo 75mcg actavis.. then bread at aprox 10.30am i was fine upto then and felt good now i have this constant feeling. It seems to of happen like this a few times from about 10mins after eating ....Is this possible or is it my anxiety bringing it onvand making it worse ??

Ive not started the gluten thing yet .but also i seem to be fine until i started taking the meds ..

Cheers everyone...

A lot of people have commented on feeling difficulty swallowing, a lump in their throat etc when eating gluten so it may well be the bread.

Sometimes being hypo or even the meds may bring it on slightly and the gluten is exacerbating it
