When feel better after mistake?

I have been taking 100t4+15 t3 for 6 months. I want feeling quite well so I lowered my t3 from 15 to 10 in an attempt to feel better. That was a huge mistake. My itchy scalp, heavy period, exhaustion etc. Came back. I was on that dose for a week and have been on my usual 100+15 for a week but I still feel rubbish. How long will it take for me to get back to where I wag before lowering t3? I have put on weight too so am thinking that it might have been a better idea to increase t3 to 20 instead.

I’m no expert, but I would say you should get some blood results before raising or lowering if you can; they will give you some idea which way to go. You don’t say what symptoms you had that made you lower the dose - other than you didn’t feel well. I don’t think it’s going to do you any good to be going up and down by trial and error. Blood results and specific symptoms might be a better guide. The people on here would help too if they knew your intentions and why, they are full of sound advice.

I was feeling irritated and a bit low. Which I know suspect was from a too low dose.
