Sorry if tmi but I seem to have picked up a bug and have the runs. Haven’t taken my meds today as not sure if it’ll just go straight through me. What do you think lovely people?

When I've been in that position I've taken my meds when flat out in bedxandxtried to not move about! Hopefully some should be absorbed.

Well if you don't take it, you definitely won't absorb any; but if you do, then you might! 😉 On the other hand, given that some people safely take a whole week's dose in one go, you could wait it out and make up a small shortfall when you're improved - it depends in part, how reactive you are to change in dose.
