Hi all iv got my endo appt in the morning. And I forgot and took my supplement with biotin in yesterday. Is it really not worth me getting my bloods done until iv got the biotin about 5 days out my system?

I don't think Endocrinologists will test for B vitamins and biotin is only one of them.
You will be fortunate if he tests all of the thyroid hormones and I hope he does, i.e. T3, T4, Free T3 and Free T4.
Not all assay methods are problematic regarding biotin; whoever does the blood draw could indicate on the paperwork that you are taking biotin and therefore the assay method chosen needs to take account of that.
Thanks Maisie now also I know I have to have a fasting blood test, and no levy but can I have my 2 co-codamol before the blood test or not?
