Thybon, Concordia and Teva T3: Could anyone... - Thyroid UK
Thybon, Concordia and Teva T3
You mean the mark pressed on the actual tablet?
Morningside Healthcare is blank one side and "T3" in quite large letters on the other side. No division line for cutting in half
well there wouldn't be a divider to aid cutting as the patient info leaflet says if taking less than 20mcg in one go......must crush/dissolve the whole tablet in 20ml water, take required % in a plastic disposable syringe (provided by pharmacies) squirted into mouth and chuck rest away.....obviously no one does that. Utterly ridiculous. Just a way of increasing number of pills used
No advice on where excess liquid should be stored/disposed of either. It definitely should NOT be tipped into drain
Easy to cut into 1/2 and 1/4 with small craft scalpel
I have lots of information but it is at home. If you manage to find a link to my Tablet Identification document in an older post/reply of mine, I think it covers these.
Managed to find a previous post of mine!
