Biotin before bloods?

I had bloods taken a couple of days ago and refrained from taking Levo and other supplements for approx 24 hours beforehand. I was wondering if the multivitamin I take will have affected my TSH, folate and antibody results due to the presence of biotin/folate? There is only a small amount of biotin in each tablet...

Which company did you use?

If your blood results look odd, you can email and ask them which blood test system they use and wether biotin affects it. It doesn't affect all test systems, just some

That's a B complex, not a multivitamin you have in the photo

Sorry yes, I meant B complex! My tests were done on the NHS, do you know what testing methods they use?

No, but it's a good excuse not to reduce dose of Levothyroxine if you don't want to, or to get another test in few weeks time
