Woken up with a black eye.

Hi

This could be completely unrelated but had anyone ever woken up with a black eye. It's not dark circles and it doesn't touch the eye. It's just a bit under the eye. Have I just managed to catch myself in my sleep. By the way this hasn't happened before. It doesn't hurt but just looks odd.

Hi Louise

Thanks for checking up. My slight black eye disappeared after two days. I coincidentally had an opticians appointment the next day which ruled out eye damage. However, I see that some people have posted about swollen skin around the eyes being a symptom of hypo and I wonder if it's the same thing but my swelling resulted in a slight black eye.

I'm also getting quite dry eyes as well. I've had an increase in Levo and hopefully that will sort this out. The symptoms are so odd of this condition that everything ends up being attributed to it.
