Unlikely that you will feel ill, some people have their Levo in one weekly dose.
You are likely to have a false low FT4 if you have a test when you get back.
Is it possible to rearrange your blood test for a week or two's time so that you can get back to normal with your Levo?
We normally advises here to leave off Levo for 24 hours before blood draw for thyroid tests.
Levo, T4, is a storage hormone and our bodies convert it into T3 which is active and what every cell in our needs. So we should have a bit of build up and so if may not be a problem but for peace of mind I would delay testing as suggested. At least then if you find there is a problem you won't have a nagging doubt that it could be lack of medication.
You could visit a local pharmacy and tell them that you require Levo they should help you out, most do.
Your results will be wrong too.
