Many thanks for all your helpful posts, for a couple of days now I have tried the apple cider vinegar in warm water and so far it has worked brilliantly I’m amazed how I had got used to being in pain with whatever I ate and being unable to sleep. I would definitely suggest giving this a go and hope that it keeps working. Many many thanks to you all for your fantastic messages 😊 x

Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful thing . For anything that requires a bigger / better solution - try digestive enzymes / proteolytic enzymes. Most of us with thyroid problems also have digestive problems and need help with digestive enzymes. I’ve also received great results by increasing bile production which aids digestion, by starting my day with warm lemon juice and water like about A tablespoon of lemon juice in 8 ounces of almost hot water. It’s a great way to start today and adds energy. I’ve noticed it also reduces my appetite.

so glad to hear what works for other people thanks for posting!
