Can you explain a bit more what exactly you are doing? Most people start really low when adding T3 to get your body used to it so until we know how you are doing this it's difficult to comment.
I started on T3 and felt amazing for about 3 weeks. Then it slowly got worse, but I get a migraine every time I up the t3 dose. So I’ve decided to add a little bit of T4 in case that was slightly higher at the point of starting the t3. (Because I reduced T4 from 100 to 75 to start t3). From what I have read in here it varies from person to person and you have to try different levels, but only very slowly and only one change at a time.
I still feel better having the t3, but there is a lot of room for improvement to how I felt on the first 3 weeks. 😊
I think what silverfox7 is asking is how much T3 did you start on it is signicantly stronger than Levo 😊
Totally agree. Just thought I’d let you know that I am still getting used to it and the doses, so that you don’t feel that’s it’s not working immediately if the dose isn’t quite right for you. I was told to reduce my levo down by 25mg and add 15 of t3. I started on 10 of t3 and been trying to find right combination for the past 5 weeks or so. Still waiting for the “aha” moment to how I felt initially. (Maybe I’m just awkward as I get migraines if things are out in my body). Hope you get your answers very soon. 🤗
