Request advice on dosage

Hi can anyone help me please...I am not able to access my Levo 75mcg at the moment due to unfortunate circumstances. I usually take 75mcg each day. I have, however, got some 100mcg, is it possible to take 100mcg for 5days and 25mcg ie 1/4 of a tablet to make up the 525mcg weekly dose. I am not at home at the moment so have not got the means to talk to my GP. If necessary I can get an emergency appointment with a doctor as a guest patient, but would prefer not to. Thanks in advance.....

You could - or it might be even easier to alternate taking 100mcg with half a tablet - so, 100, 50, 100, 50 etc.
