Detox water mean for fluid retention.. Our body store fluid due to harmone imbalance which appeats in swelling formm...

So i want to ask which water is best like acv watet fennel tea etc

What looks like fluid retention in hypothyroidism is usually myxoedema - mucin/mucopolysaccharides, not water, so diuretics are not useful. What you need is an optimal level of thyroid hormones. If you have autoimmune thyroiditis (hashimotos) going gluten-free and taking a selenium supplement may also help. Also need optimal levels of ferritin/iron, B12, folate and Vitamin D may help.

Tam trying to optimal level of thyroid but it doesnt adjust so iam worried.
