If Serum T3 and Serum T4 are Total T3 and Total T4, then they're of little use. The important tests are Free T3 and Free T4.

Also, because we don't know your age, we don't know which of the adult ranges for TSH is appropriate for you. However, whichever one it is, your TSH is too high for a treated hypo patient.

So the range that is appropriate for you is 0.4-4.2

Your result is 4.969 so you are over range. If you are already diagnosed and treated then you need an increase in your dose of Levo. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well.

If you are not diagnosed then you should be because the result is over the range.

I am so sorry to hear that you continue to get nowhere with Doctors over there.

Your T3 is below the normal range given;

Your T4 is at the bottom of the "normal" range.

Your TSH is above the "normal" range. (Your blood test form reads you are 42 but even at 46 it's the same age range for TSH).

You really do need your FT3 tested and your Thyroid Antibodies : TPO and Tg. (Can't remember - did you have these).

You still have not been diagnosed ??

So sorry, the anxiety of not being able to find a doctor who will diagnose and treat you will not help with your general wellbeing.

You need diagnosis and treatment. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

By the way, have you had any tests to check your Adrenal function?
