Saliva cortisol results & crazy temperatures?

Sorry, it’s me again!! 🙈

I just got my saliva cortisol results back & according to their Dr then they are not too bad. True?? They questioned high stress causing the 4pm rise, which doesn’t match the day I had.

I’ve also been monitoring my temperature, BP & heart rate the last few days & I’m very confused as my temps are all over the place!!

Physically I feel like I’m swinging towards hyper symptoms again after months of feeling hypo (agitated, can’t stay still, heart palpitations, not being able to sleep till 2am despite exhasted), then all of a sudden I’m freezing & layering up despite the outside heat & can’t stand up with exhaustion.

I’m not currently on medication & it’s looking possible I have Central Hypothyrodism......so I’m not sure how much that might effect the cortisol test & temperatures?

9pm 36.56C been busy but suddenly very cold

11.24pm 36.61C 96/62 58HR

1pm 36.33C 95/62 71HR

Any help making sense of any of this gratefully accepted! 😘
