Bumps on Skin Caused by Hypo or Reaction to Compounded T3? (Discouraged About Another Thing Going Wrong)

I am in the mists of titrating up on compounded T3. I really don't know when this started but a few weeks ago I noticed white and red bumps on my forearms and above the knees. I think it would be called Ketosis Pilaris although I have not gone for a diagnosis. They don't itch or look like hives and really only redden when I rub the area.

I was put on the comounded t3 as to avoid any sensitivity to fillers in cytomel.

Does anyone know if this sort of thing is hypo connected (have not found my sweet spot yet) or would this be completely unrelated? I also have dry skin but that has improved a wee bit on the 14mcg of t3 I'm on now. (Labs happening next week to see where they are.) But the bumps? Well I think a ittle worse. One can't be allergic to T3 can one? I'm just starting to feel a bit more energy and would hate for that to happen. This hormone thing is quite the slippery slope. Thankyou for reading my post.

Usually when some sort of allergic reaction issuspected the suggestion is to take an antihistamine tablet one hour before thyroid meds and see what happens. I am summing compounded T3 also contains fillers so it may well be a situation where that it needing to be changed to another make and see if that helps.

It could be that the thyroid hormone are stimulating the hair follicles in that area.
