Need to lose 1 stone but struggling

I am looking to lose 1 stone so I can feel healthier but been trying for about a year now. I can't exsercise due to health problems so trying to do it on diet alone.

My cooking skills aren't great so I have been looking for a cooking class in Glasgow for healthy eating options but struggling to find a cheap one that does various recipes. Has anyone ever done one that can point me in the right direction
