I find it extremely frustrating that my doctors do not see or understand that any of these can have any affect on the other conditions and treat them as isolated. I also used to pass out a lot as a child. My parents never took me to a doctor. When I was 12 I started my periods and the flow was very heavy, so I was then taken to see mother's OBG. While sitting up on the examining table, I passed out falling face first onto the tile floor. My front teeth were killed and I need oral surgery to remove bone chips from my upper gums. That is when the Dr pute on thyroid. Then at 18, said I didn't need thyroid anymore and the passing out started again; only to stop 5yrs later when I wsa able to BEG to take it again. Long story but is such a clear cut example.

I am sorry that you have all these conditions which could be inter-connected.
Can you get a new blood test for thyroid hormones and it should be the earliest possible and fasting (you can drink water) and allow a 24 hour gap between thyroid hormones and the blood test and take afterwards.
You need TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. (if doctor or lab wont do all of them you can get those not tested from one of our two private labs, or you can get all of them from one lab. They are pin-prick home tests and make sure you are well-hydrated a couple of days before to draw blood easily and make sure hand/arms are warm.
Your GP should also test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
When you get your new results, put them on a new post for comments. All ranges for each test must be stated as well as the ranges. Labs differ so ranges do too and it makes it easier to comment. In the meantime these are clinical symptoms:-

The aim is to have a TSH of 1 or lower. Free T4 and Free T3 should be in the upper part of the range. All vitamins and minerals have to be optimal as well
I think you (& I) may be looking for a "doctor's doctor." As doctors are said to flock to same doctor(s) for their care, I gather when it comes down to caring for their own ailments they beat a path to the best ... who no doubt sees the big picture.
What is the name if the lab where I can get these tests done pkease as my GP fails to take seriously as I am over 70 and it is also a matter of cost.
