Swollen gland normal ????

Hi my levo was upped to 100mcg about 3 weeks ago and I’ve noticed a pea sized lump where my gland is is this normal please help !!!

Ok thanks I have other symptoms also like dry patches of skin spots all over back headaches small blisters keep appearing on fingers could it be the medication
