Pain/ discomfort behind eyes and headaches.

Was diagnosed last year with graves disease I had before Christmas lot discomfort pain was given drops n ointment which helped it then disappeared but has now returned also have pain side face and headaches and everytime look tablecloth I seen more dots which not sure if double vision took another trip doc as felt my vision wasn't great feel in pain and discomfort to b told not graves and given antidepressants oh told I've been doc quite bit.... left feeling confused bit annoyed.

My question is obviously doc thinks I'm depressed not taking me seriously so is it graves and has anyone had this before. Worried about it getting worse. Might visit opticians. Not seeing endocrinologist til September now... thanks

You possibly have Thyroid Eye Disease, definitely see a good optician to start with.

That's what thought I'm in pain constant even with painkillers behind my eyes and head. Just had eye test Nov ! Don't really want go back Doc

You should either go to your optician or GP because if it is TED you will need to be referred to an eye clinic.

I would definitely go and see an optician and get your eyes tested. I have had pain behind my eyes and headaches and it was caused by dry eye. It comes and goes and I use Hycosan drops which stop the pain miracously.
