Confused about timing of blood test

I’ve done well since switching to NDT and take a divided dose. One grain when I wake and another half mid afternoon. Given that the ideal length of time to wait before a blood test when on NDT is 12 hours, I’m unsure how to do that. Could anyone with similar dosing to me tell me what they do? Thanks.

The day before, adjust the timing of your NDT so that your second dose is no more than 12 hours before your blood draw. It's only for 1 day, I have to do this with my T3.
