Val-55 I mostly take magnesium glycinate and find it helps with muscle pain. I’m a migraine sufferer too and have had few episodes since I started taking it a few years ago. I also take a small amount 100mg of magnesium citrate at bedtime to help with constipation. Magnesium Turate is a good one to take at bedtime too as it aids restful sleep.
I find 400/600mg daily of a mix of these 3 is good for me...making the glycinate the one I take most of as its gentle on the stomach.
Thankyou for that , I don’t suffer with constipation so might avoid the citrate . I think the migraines are coming from my stiff neck so hopefully may help . Best regards Val

Have you looked at what the different types help with? That should help you decide which is the best one for you then avoid all High Street and supermarket own brands.
I also found Magnesium l'Threonate useful
Thank you so much to Val-55 & Lynn-2 for posting about magnesium.
I've just this minute been reading the drnibber.com website about the many types of magnesium.
It's helped me to make a decision to change the magnesium I currently use & try 2 different forms.
Thanks again 👍🏻🙂
